In 2012, Brill came to NameStormers with a new icing that they were excited to sell to their B2B customers that they believed had enough personality to warrant its own name. They were looking for something to convey it’s easy to use and store benefits while also sounding luxurious and delicious.
Chantella from the root “chant,” meaning to sing or say rhythmically, nodded to the ease and rhythm of icing a cake. The “tella” ending added an elegant flare that brought other delicious sweets to mind like “Nutella.”
