Marcus Investments sought a name for a new senior living brand that would reflect their expertise in premium hospitality and fine dining. The name needed to communicate personal care, incredible life experiences, and a fresh perspective on senior living. It was important that the name also conveyed the beauty of the location and a sense of adventure.

“Terova” was carefully crafted to evoke both natural beauty and a sense of freedom. “Ter” came from “terra,” meaning earth, symbolizing the connection to the outdoors and the natural surroundings. “Rova” was derived from “rove,” meaning to move about freely, suggesting an adventurous spirit. The combination created a balanced, unique name that was both meaningful and flexible for brand storytelling.
