“PureBalance” is a reassuring, wholesome name that emphasizes clean ingredients (“Pure”) and optimal nutrition (“Balance”). The name suggests a well-rounded, natural diet that supports a dog’s overall health and well-being with every meal.

The Need

Our client came to us with a need for a new dog food name. Their customers told them that they wanted to be able to feed their dogs dry food made with pure ingredients without having to make a special trip to the pet store. So they developed an ultra-premium dog food, at a price their customers could afford. NameStormers was asked to develop a name that would clearly convey the product benefits, and make it easy for a customer to see that they were getting a superior product for their valuable family member.

The Name

PureBalance was the selected name, claiming to deliver the perfect, natural balance of exactly what your dog needs, without being too scientific or obscure.

The Result

PureBalance has really grown into an exciting brand, with SKUs of different flavors and ingredients, for various sizes and ages of dogs.
