The Need

USECU, originally serving only California state and university employees, sought to expand its customer base and rebrand with a name that reflected its dedication to members’ dreams and well-being. The new identity needed to inspire and resonate with a broader audience, while encapsulating the credit union’s commitment to helping members achieve their goals.

The Name

The name BluPeak was chosen to symbolize liberation and aspiration. Combining the calming, freeing essence of “blue” with the ambition of reaching new “peaks”, BluPeak reflects the spirit of “Dream Makers.” It invites members to ask themselves, “What do you dream about?”
