The Need
The AHA needed a naming strategy for a new patient portal. They needed a few names for different parts of the portal, all of which needed to empower and inform patients so that they could take responsibility for their heart health and ongoing care.
The Names
HeartHub, Take Control and Heart 360
Simple is often better when it comes to a naming strategy & nomenclature. HeartHub, Take Control and Heart 360 were part of a suite of names that NameStormers and AHA developed together because they were:
- Easy to understand and say
- Short and memorable
- Communicated that the patient had easy access to information about heart health and the ability to take action regarding their own health.
